This form will be used to help us better understand the community's opinions and problems while maintaining the confidentiality of the user. Our aim is to continue prioritization and enforcement of maintaining a safe place for all. The contents within these forms will only be discussed with staff members: HR (SonarVerse), COO (JennaayBean), and CEO (BattleScarBabe). If the instance arises where your entry involves any of the members mentioned above, please feel encouraged to continue your submission. It is important that we, the staff, take criticism seriously whether it is positive or negative. Our team will discuss it with undivided attention and will ensure that each staff member is held responsible and accountable.
