Rob “Mao” Wells is far from a newcomer in competitive, professional gaming. Starting the arcades with fighting games such as Tekken in the mid 90's, then as a longstanding member of the Halo competitive community, Mao has more than 2 decades of experience in competitive gaming from player to coach to executive. As Director of Esports at EMGG he looks to bring a new dimension to the organization and build EMGG’s burgeoning esports division.
