After a direct jab of Microsoft counter claiming that their reason of appealing the Activision Blizzard acquisition ban was not as CMA stated, but CMA using WRONG DATA, Judge Smith setup the official appeal hearing taking place the weeks of July 24 & July 31, but the court may not need all 10 working days of that two-week period. Justice Smith thinks 10 days would be a dramatic overkill, 6-day hearing would be significantly longer than the 4 days Microsoft proposed.

A "small success" for CMA but a HARD road as already has the whole UK government against them and both Microsoft and the EU proven their data justifying the ban are wrong.
