Microsoft admitted that Xbox Game Pass Cloud is being used by gamers to try games before considering buying a game.

Kinda of a bad move in my opinion, Microsoft gave a hook to the FTC to push more on the Cloud Gaming rationale on not being allowed to buy Activision Blizzard.
