STREAMER TIP: Overstreaming!
So, it's February. How are you doing with your streaming goals? You know how some people will be going to the gym all through January and then burn out and quit going for the rest of the year? That’s how you will be if you are streaming too many hours at a time and too many days of the week.
Many new streamers think that they should stream as often and for as long as they can to pick up potential viewers and follows. However, your average viewership goes down the more hours you stream, naturally, which is one of the more important metrics for reaching Affiliate and Partner. You’d do better to revise your goal to stream consistently two or three days a week to form habits in audiences that are ready to hang out with you.
