It seems that time has proved Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, a veteran of CD Projekt Red who had initially been accused of creating a toxic work environment and later the accusation to be officially denied but it will also cause his departure, to be right, confirmed to The Verge that he founded a new game studio.

It's about Rebel Wolves and they're already working on their first game and Tomaszkiewicz admitted that the studio's idea and its first game, a dark fantasy RPG game, were inspired by elements of The Witcher III's Blood & Wine expansion (remembering that it was his director and his final role at CDPR was to be a secondary director on Cyberpunk 2077).

For the game itself, which is expected to be released in 2025, it is a priority to search for at least 80 new talents to make Rebel Wolves a mid-sized studio.

The proposed new game will be released for PC, Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X.
