Sitting in bed while I do an entire wipe on my PC.... idk but for some reason I had my first stutter ever playing RE Village trying to stream it on MAX settings. It should have 0 problems. My friend has the exact some custom PC as me and uses 4k resolution with a 4k monitor and Max everything as well and could stream with 0 frame drops. I couldn’t think of any reason why and I also did virus scans with 3 different programs. Hitman Pro, Malware Bytes, and Windows Defender. All found something but deleted it all and still had that problem.
Anyone have any ideas as to why I would have PC stutters with exact same hardware but using a 1440p monitor?
