When you are aware that your rebranded channel needs new emotes and sub badges but are also aware that you have no idea what you want and are unable to commission anyone even if you wanted to. It's bad enough if I didn't know who to commision (I make it a habit to never hire anyone on Twitter who messages you without warning about their work out of principle, not to mention the fact that, despite what they may attempt to convince you, their work was actually completed through an app I've already utilized in the past).
