I’ll be frank with everyone, my self-care awareness stream will not be happening tonight. My anxiety got the best of me, it was hard to get myself to stream. Even though I planned this stream a week before, every time I looked through my notes, I felt like I didn’t have enough content for it. This would have been my first time during a Just Chatting stream and it freaked me out a lot. To be honest, I did not what I was doing when planning the stream and I just winged it. On top of that I ran out of my anxiety meds and won’t be able to get them until tomorrow, so my anxiety was out of control. I was worried no one would take me seriously This stream will still happen though because I want to able to help others in GGS who are looking for more information on Mental Health. I just want to plan this out better so I can give you guys the best content! I guess I have to start somewhere when doing things like this right?! Does anyone have any tips on planning for streams?
