• So my muñaños, added a little more on this, this Friday at 11:30AM will go lie my first video on YouTube and I am still reviewing WITHOUT affecting my offline world, how can I have a framework as how I can research and record topics for the Podcast so, no first episode date yet.

Besides #Starfield main focus and #GamingNews being directed on YouTube Shorts, I plan to have Monday of #gaming general topic video (whenever possible/available), Starfield on Wednesday and Friday for the Podcast, meanwhile, Wednesday/Friday will go Starfield.

I am for the long run of Starfield & I DO plan to have at least the Endgame portion of Cyberpunk 2077 as I was on mid game when I "called quit" but it will be after Phantom Liberty, as the expansion takes in the middle of the original story & more details are added at the ending.

As I said, Live stream is NOT my focus and I am COMPLETELY uninterested while is true that Kick might be a great Twitch escape and a great partner with YouTube along with Theta TV and now for Nostr, I see Zap Stream as a great new platform...

But, when I remember the routine, how my OCD disallow me to tolerate mishaps and mainly how difficult is not to get frustrated, I prefer seeing it as a negative vibes for this final chance on content creation and I prefer not dealing with that.

But again, live streaming is not my focus.

Another thing that I want to go completely clear, the Family comes first, then personal issues ARE PRIORITY!

If content creation affects (again), then that would definitely be it and this is my third attempt in this crazy, sad and bipolar world and I have just ENOUGH.

AND WITH ALL THAT, Thank you for the support and consideration.

    Let's game!

  • Is there any part of your daily routine, that if you mess it up, ruins your whole day and just puts it in a funk?

Can someone please explain how I can play games like Fortnite and Apex fairly often and never see any improvement? The routine is typically start, die, rinse, repeat. I just want to survive for like 2 minutes 😩😭#fortnite #apex #gaming #fail #pain

The majority of people have trouble staying motivated, but having mental health conditions like depression or anxiety makes it considerably harder. Here are a few pieces of advice:

1.) Establish one clear, attainable objective for yourself.
2.) Put a time limit on it after considering how to incorporate that goal into your life and what you must do to make it happen (such as a week).
3.) Set reminders on a regular basis and break your objective into manageable pieces.
4.) Tell your loved ones about your aspirations and ask them to support you by helping you stay motivated.

    How to stay on course

1.) Utilize a notebook or an app for reminders to integrate your goal into your daily routine.
2.) Self-talk that is constructive and upbeat is crucial for controlling sadness and anxiety. Say "I can try" rather than "I can't."
3.) Being mindful can keep you calm and focused.
4.) Join a group for support or start a lesson. Support groups can be just as beneficial as outside assistance.
5.) When you reach a step or objective, treat yourself.

    How to maintain motivation

1.) Keep an ongoing review of your objectives and results. Making improvement is incredibly motivating in and of itself, and it also raises your self-esteem.
2.) Continue to make new objectives. Consider your goals for the upcoming week, month, and year. So that you don't feel overwhelmed, focus on one goal at a time.
3.) Maintain the momentum. Maintaining the momentum and routine will help it become more automatic over time since it can take up to three months to form a new habit.
4.) Look for mentors; a mentor is someone with experience in the habit you want to break. You might find a mentor by looking for social or support groups with a similar interest.
5.) Be in the company of uplifting individuals. Your positive self-talk, which also aids in managing the symptoms of depression and anxiety, is enhanced by supportive friends and family.
6.) Make exercising a daily priority to enhance your mental well-being.

Consistency is one of the most frequently overlooked factors in YouTube success. Yes, the caliber of your material matters, but it's also crucial to be able to regularly release a certain number of videos at the same time each week. Humans are creatures of habit, so if they know when your content will be uploaded, they will schedule time to watch it.

Your watchtime will increase when you upload frequently since YouTube will promote your videos more frequently the more consistent you are. This accelerates quickly as your audience and library grow, but you can already observe the difference between posting sometimes and uploading routinely by looking at your Youtube data.

  • I think my biggest weakness as a content creator is that even though I love recording videos/streaming. It's not a routine or habit for me. I just do it whenever. Which I'm going to change if I want to start laying a GOOD foundation.

  • Google is strengthening Stadia app for social and eSport
While morale within the Stadia fandom has seen better days, Google tends to be silent on what is next for Stadia mobile apps for iOS and Android. For months, checking an APK reverse engineering by 9to5Google and Stadia Dosage have proven to be a great map to be aware of what could be next. And this week it was Stadia Dosage's turn to verify what's new on the Stadia 4.22 for Android update. The...
