Since I cannot upload any images, it reads as follows "Error MISCONF Redis is configured to save RDB snapshots, but it is currently not able to persist on disk. At their Q3Y25 conference, Sony acknowledged on the gaming business (Playstation), that #PS5 hardware sales decline to the point to update the outlook on 21 million more units to be sold by EOY, down from 25 million. All this despite there were profit of Christmas season sales. Also, mayor Playstation Studios' games launches are not happening before 04/2025 while there are title currrently on development. For that reason and that Playstation 5 is entering its 5th year, that the company considers the current generation in its "latter days" and focus on producing high-quality productions and producing live service games." In a new signal that FTC is not giving up on reversing #ActivisionBlizzard acquisition in the future, the regulator wrote to the 9th Circuit of Appeal Court that Microsoft contradicted on its promise that both Microsoft & ABK will operate independently post-merger. All this as a result of the recent layoff at Microsoft Gaming that also included redundant jobs and the eSport department of Activision Blizzard. After failing to win a Preliminary Injunction in Summer 2023, FTC has said that it will continue its inner process that if successful (an uphill road at best as per observers), could force Microsoft to divest ABK, but either way the process could take years. There is a chance that if by 2024 US Elections, there is a change in FTC administration and a republican one takes over, the FTC could abandon the efforts. The FTC under Biden Administration, has grown intolerant on mergers that means big companies just becoming bigger but, the low success rate has been questioned by Congress with tax money being used just to fail and FTC requesting more funding regardless. Good morning post: You have to fail in order to succeed and it is apart of life as well not everything is going to work out but once you figure out what you want to do know that you will go through fail after fail until you succeed to getting there.

Early today, Fntastic announced surprisingly that it will close after #TheDayBefore early access was considered a financial failure & studio's unable to mitigate loss just days after launch. The game has been controversial since day one of being announced after it was discovered, that many of the assets were based on a kit purchasable withing the Unreal Engine 5 market and despite changes, the game launches with many technical issue in-game and in-server. Fntastic never addresses openly about their development methods of the game aside that claiming that The Day Before was a product of 5 year developments cycle. While the studio signaled that it might need on the poor sales to pay back debts, it remains to see how Steam will enforce the refunds policies at the end. #Gaming #GamingNews
