After a few days, Nvidia finally acknowledged that proprietary information, and particularly employee information, is being leaked on the Internet. While the Lapsus group, who claim responsibility for last weekend's hack, added to the list of their demands to Nvidia not to leak non-public proprietary information, a public commitment that all software and drivers be made open source with FOSS official license. I anticipate that this will not be extorted and Nvidia is ready for trouble.
