So... latest rumors is that Gotham Knights was not generally approved on recent game testing.

Biggest complaints from testers were that the game doesn't feel ready to be launched at Fall, including combat and visual mechanics being the main issue so close to the launch date.

...If Gotham Knights fails, the good thing probably should mean that it is just a matter of waiting until the Collector's Edition de-valuate enough to buy at a bargain price.
