What began as an internal report from Bloomberg, finally WB Games and more specifically, Rocksteady Games, had confirmed that the first entrance of the Sucidie Squad under the Batman Arkham universe is bound for Spring 2023.
We've made the difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023. I know a delay is frustrating but that time is going into making the best game we can. I look forward to bringing the chaos to Metropolis together. Thanks for your patience. pic.twitter.com/VOSwTM6Zak

Originally, the game was slated to launch this year but we are also expecting Gotham Knights, which has no relation with the events of Batman Arkham as it is set in another universe, by October and two AAA games from the same studio is unusual.
Despite claims that this is an opportunity to polish the game, the first teaser presented back at The Game Awards was really enough to have people upset that we are probably bound between February to May 2023.
Update
Corrected that Gotham Knights is NOT in the same universe as the Batman Arkham games but SS:KTJL is.
