• I really need to recharge my battery and will do some homework on content starting next week.

About ALREADY LATE #Starfield content, I am leaning more on avoiding simple/plain Let's Play/Walkthrough and better use my footage for lore, news or topics of interest within the game.

  • The TLDR so far in the first hour and a half of the Microsoft appeal on the Activision Blizzard acquisition...

CMA has been trying to get the process as large as possible, while Microsoft did acknowledged that the longer this take, the greater is the chance that the deal could fall.

The Judge have been ZERO-CHILL on both parties, but evidently acknowledged that the CMA conclusion for banning has issues and CMA legal team have been constantly trying to retake narrative going as far as interrupting the judge (a non-written no-no rule) and of course, Microsoft legal team have done their homework acknowledging that while they would like the process to go seamless and hope that CMA control in a reasonable matter their objections and they will answer them accordingly but hopes that there isn't much.

Pretty much, CMA is the ONLY UK's government agency intransigent part as even the Prime Minister is ok with the Activision Blizzard acquisition and shares the view that CMA's decision is anti "UK is open fo business".

For some reason CMA disregards, but is alone within UK machinery.

  • Well thank you for those who joined in tonight, NGL, I need to be a little more chatty but as I am doing a walkthrough, I am paying attention to the lore.

So homework now is to make a good balance between letting the story go without me being silent by be too concentrated.

    GG!

  • Good morning, muñaños

I think there's no way to really get words that aren't carefully chosen without getting anything in the way so I'll do this on the first try...
It's exactly 1 year ago, 365 days at 1PM that day, I was getting an orientation with HR Director Jeanie along with fellow content creators and we were welcomed to EasternMediaGG.

It has been a rewarding experience and above all quite educational, because (and I think this is not the first time I have said it), I joined with an innocent but mistaken mentality.

This entire year of EasternMediaGG, I just watched, supported as much as possible with my time without neglecting my content as such and saw that I did no wrong in making this a hobby, trying to at least have this as passive income AND IT'S OK if I don't I have still achieved and that (without neglecting myself and my family), I just have to do what is important as a gamer, HAVE FUN.

To be honest (and I'm not supposed to be sharing this), Jeanie had some reservations about EMGG accepting me as a member as my interview with Blackbuiscuit as I mentioned that I made the same mistake that everyone who starts from scratch and has no map at creation makes. of content, being accepted in a Twtich team that months later, I would find out that they are from these groups of Follow X Follow and apparently (and I am guessing here), that raised the flag that I could be an org-kangaroo (something that with my time in EMGG I started to displease and feel ashamed of those who do it without pain or glory).

Thankfully, Jeanie gave me the opportunity and it only remained to prove myself.

In short, my mistaken mentality is thanks to the stigmas of people who don't know and the first thing they see when they mention FaZe, Optics, Cloud 9, <mention your org here>, etc., and I thought I was going to be the next big sensation (in fact one of the members called me the next big rising star of EMGG and I still aspire to that).
But realizing it over time, I then decided to observe, in silence and let things flow and here are the results:

-An excellent community where yes, everyone has to give their grain of sand so that we ALL benefit.
-Having a concentrated organization where its members grow and not only the organization itself is already a winning point for me.
-Despite being a nobody in matters of esport, EMGG is the closest thing after my family where I have felt supported even though I do not officially belong to the esport team or be sponsored.
-Help me with my self-confidence (to this day I still hate how I sound on recordings with my shrill, gravelly voice).
-Create a mindset of learning and relearning all the time.
-My first official collaboration with the Gamers Outreach fundraiser in spring 2022.

For fear of someone staying with me, I will be directly thanking Jeanie and Blackbiscuit, since they were the link for this to happen and Jeannie, thanks for the opportunity and yes, you were right to raise the flag because I would have done the same .

Maze, Mao and JJ, you were the ones who made me feel that in another universe we should be in the same place as members of EMGG and specifically, Mao, always grateful for the opportunity to prove myself in the world of esports which I say that I should have joined for a decade being a gamer all my life and I will always live with the guilt of having been in an inactive period in EVERY way, now what I have left is to make up for lost time.

Log1kz is a nice person and although I understand why he is no longer officially on the EMGG staff, I hope that things can change so that he can rejoin and yes, if I were to resume my podcast and do the English version , I would like to have him as a co-host.

Finally Zimm, Founder and CEO of EasternMediaGG, I'm going to start by talking honestly, there was a time I thought he didn't like me to the point where "let me stop bothering him or anything like that" and yes, I would start reading negative things that people repeated, but when you see the resonance of everything related to it, it was the org-kangaroos twisting things in a bad way.

The reality is that over time I have started to do my homework (in concern that it was me or my insecurities that made Zimm uncomfortable or something) and yes, it included going to the catalog of the EMGG Before The Meeting podcast and now I understood many aspects of the things that Zimm has gone through and how he has overcome many things to be the person he is and this is not saying it, but his story is impressive and that video games and making an org is the most effective way to give a positive turn to his life and today, professionally speaking, he has made a level-up.

  • So, 3 months after a COVID-induced-heavy procrastination during quarantine let me decide to go back to square one on content creation. I can say the results were good considering that I am a pawn in this game averaging now 10-50 view per video and best one already over 100 views.

With this I can safely say that I have down the homework on having an SEO/Algorithm thinking on YouTube Gaming, but STILL NEED TO IMPROVE the social aspect of content creation, which is being attractive enough to convert between 80-90% of non-subs to subscribers.

First and obvious thing is that I need to improve my English pronunciation, years ago that wasn't a problem but evidently, not speaking it for a long time really did some damaging to my once-almost-like-American pronunciation and now I hear myself and indeed I struggle sometimes.

Secondly, you might hear that a streamer needs VOD to keep itself in the map, this applies to me inversely, indeed I need to resume streaming as fast as possible after my wedding & getting permanency at offline work that extended of my streaming hiatus beyond originally planned.

While I am also doing the same work at VOD on Theta TV, I am not worried that I am not achieving same result as YouTube because Theta TV on the contrary, ALSO NEEDS streaming as part of my discoverability and that's 100% on me.

Meanwhile Facebook Gaming kind of the same thing as Theta TV, but what bothers me big time is that Facebook has its own algorithm so I don't get why FB Gaming is not recommending my content according to my analytics, but probably things change when I resume streaming.

Thirdly, I think that Cloud Gaming niche is a good one where I can avoid just uploading non-context gameplay/walkthrough (which for me it is a shameful a sad thing that these kid's taste for gaming entertainment are so simple) so probably might need to do...

Tutorials, Cloud Gaming reviews and while Stadia is a good sub-niche probably might go ahead and start having more Xbox Game Pass Cloud content on the go too.

With that being said, THANK YOU/GRACIAS My/MIS Muñaños to bear with me and yes, while second half of might be too short assuming a mid-October to mid-December 2022 schedule, I guess that I should lay the foundation for even better 2023 and hope you are along with me for the ride!

BTW, my org EMGG still have stuff left for 2022 & while things have been calm (of course with the exception of EVO), they are working behind the scenes & yes, if you are a content creator & if interested on joining, apply NOW And/Or Support!

And last but NOT LEAST, if you haven't joined GGs, the new social network for and only video games with NO DRAMA, NO BS from real-life, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?!

I will be resuming writing for the official GGs blog tomorrow as I am week and a half away from my wedding which has been the main reason I am going AFK more than usual

    GG!

  • While my new homework on content creation has not been "Flawless Victory" at all, the changes are notable & yes, need to improve the "social" side of engagement WITH EXTRA PATIENCE.
The hiatus was worthy in TLDR!
