Playing #NES #YOSHI ’s Cookies yesterday and got several trains of thoughts on #RetroGaming.
Not first, but is it really Yoshi's? All I see is Mario. Putting cookies together. Chasing the runaways. Getting clobbered by rebounds.
And #Nintendo, how come no remake?
The other, first thought, was #Sonic . This in part from raiding last night and how bots are set to tell the last game being played (even though 75% was on something else).
Did Sonic oversaturate in the 90's? Mario already had 4 mainline games out before the 1st Sonic.
The other thought/observation. I've been noticing this in Gradius too. Why is it when I die/lose, the speed slows back down? It was happening when I got to the 2nd boss on my first ship, and the cookies just kept coming. Upon the restart, I can get it in 2 minutes.
That's yesterday. Now it is with a sad #gamer heart that I have to promo the last regular night of the mini playthrough. Day 7 of Gradius streaming soon on #Twitch. The last week upcoming is original hardware streams before setup changes are necessary for Summer. Love to see you past my anxiety of unfamiliar twitchers.
