How many times have you downloaded or bought relaunches of the original Sonic The Hedgehog, maybe Sonic 2 or 3? Well, Sega believes it is time FOR ANOTHER ATTEMPT.

While it is still not known that this has to do with the Super Game Project, that is allegedly a research & development for past franchises but Sonic in particular, was already remastered in more than one occasion and this new attempt is called Sonic Origins.

Sonic Origins are the remaster (of the remasters) of Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, 3, Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic CD.

Sonic Origins lets you play as Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles throughout all four games giving you the opportunity to beat Metal Sonic as Knuckles or fly through Green Hill Zone as Tails.

While it is still not known if Sega will include a soundtrack collection from US, Japanese or both, Sonic Origins will launch on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC on June 23rd.
