In a quick recap, Sony announced that PS Plus is transforming with tiers to better answer the market (the subtitle for Xbox Game Pass is making run of their money) and the maximun tier is PS Plus Premium.
With PS Plus Premium, user gains all the goodies of PS Plus Essential (basically the soon classic and legacy PS Plus) and PS Plus Extra (access to 400 PS4/PS5 games or hence the substitute of PS Now) with the addition of a library of 320 PS3, PS2, original Playstation and PSP that can be downloaded and be played vía streaming and the PS3 games will only be Streaming.
Particularly, Sony decided to finally end all speculation and early this week, published the list of the introductory library when the tiers go live by June 13th.

While not acknowledging when we should be expecting it, Sony indicated that it will regularly increase the list with time and this announcement was almost immediately after Ubisoft confirmed that Ubisoft+ will be available for Playstation and will be PART OF THE PS PLUS PREMIUM TIER.
