A formula that Hideo Kojima tried to start on Konami but managed to pull with its independent studio Kojima Productions, is the inclusion of high profile actors in both image and voice at his game.

While not acknowledging if this is for a Dead Strangind sequel or a brand new intellectual property, Hideo Kojima announced that actress Elle Fanning joined the cast for the next project.

Elle Fanning to Appear in Kojima Productions' New Game - News - Anime News Network

Ellen Fanning started her acting career at a young age of 3 years and then, her career took off and is known for taking part in movies like Babel (2006), The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Phoebe in Wonderland and both Maleficent movies.

Entertainment insiders are already speculating that the Kojima-Fanning professional relationship started via director  Winding Refn, who made the tracking movements of Death Stranding for the character Heartman and Elle Fanning had already worked with him.

REgarding of the game, this is what Hideo Kojima said in PAX Australia (where the announcement and the QR code campaigned opened):

"It's a completely new game, one that no one has ever experienced or seen before.

I've waited very long for the day when I could finally start to create it. With Microsoft's cutting edge cloud technology and the change in the industry's trend, it has now become possible to challenge myself to make this never-before-seen concept.”

So yes, evidently Hideo Kojima is working full throttle on his next game that again, while it is not known if this is a Death Stranding sequel or a whole new game, it is indeed the game that will be launched exclusively on Xbox Game Pass Cloud.
