This is practically the TLDR of America Arcadia by Out of the Blue, set in a 1970s retro-futuristic metropolis where all its citizens enjoy a life of luxury and comfort, completely unaware that they’re being broadcast live 24/7. 

It’s the most-watched reality show on the planet. And if the ratings drop, you’re taken out of the program by ANY MEANS.

You control Trevor, that after living “a normal life”, he begins hearing a voice that guides him, promising freedom.

The 2.5D platformer will be released on PC and consoles but no timeframe was shared at Summer Game Fest.
