• While Netflix is at full steam in pre-production of #TheWitcher Season 4 and the debut of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt Of Rivia, we will have The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep in 2024.

The storyline of the animated movie is based on the on the short story A Little Sacrifice compiled on Sword Of Destiny book or unofficially called Book 0.2, where Geralt unwillingly at first, got involved in a conflict between merfolks and humans.

(The story begins on Blood Of Elves or Book 1 while Book 0.1: The Last Wish & Book 0.2 are compiled short stories that Andrzej Sapkowski published originally for the community to give proper backstory of Geralt, setting and relationship overview with both Yeneffer & Ciri)

The pleasant surprise while Geralt undeniably looks like either a proto Henry Calvill or maybe a proto Liam Hermsworth IMO, it was good to know that Doug Cockle, the voice actor of Geralt in The Witcher videogame series, is actually voicing Geralt in here too.

The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep is slated for a late 2024 release, while the production of The Witcher Season 4 status is unknow, precisely streaming services revenue shares was one of the main issues during the SAG-AFTRA strikes.

So 2025 should be a realistic year for release.

  • Bungie confirms that Destiny 2 will adopt more intolerance to controllers cheating devices

Controller fans that use devices to enhance the game but fail to see that that crosses the fair and cheat line are in bad luck as not only Ricochet for Call Of Duty is blocking them from play, soon, Destiny 2 will adopt the same stand.

Bungie confirmed this week that the anti-cheat software for Destiny 2 will be including flags with users using XIM, Cronus Zen, and ReaSnow S1 in gaming and not merely a controller if using the PC version of the game.

“Our community has grown increasingly frustrated by a form of cheating that uses third-party peripherals with the intent to manipulate the game client. These devices are plugged into a computer or console, where they can—for example—execute simple scripts or trick the game into giving you extra aim assist. You’ll note that we aren’t calling out the services by name, the primary reason for that is we simply don’t want to offer a bigger spotlight than necessary. Instead, our focus is on what the impact of using tools like this has on a PvP environment.”

While there should be a benefit of the doubt depending on how good or strange a gameplay goes in a match, Bungie has not stated how they will be enforcing warning, suspension or ban of at least, a 3 strike scheme.

Obviously the studio is well-aware that this will create debate (as is already happening in the Internet), especially users that claim that the accessibility option brings mainly devices emulating controllers, but has been notoriously abused.

For more preparation on the enforcing of this new “Villain Arc” as they will call the banning of cheating devices and scripts, Bungie will be “evaluating all gameplay for violations,” covering not just PvP deathmatch-style gameplay but also PvE events.

Activision upgrades Ricochet so Call Of Duty Cheaters cannot see legit players
One of the things that happened when Ricochet, the anticheat in-house built for Call Of Duty Vanguard and Warzone, did not live to the expectations as hackers have been able to keep up with all the advantages and much to the dismay of gamers playing nicely and legitimately. Today, Activision announced a new feature for Ricochet and it is a new “cloaking” measure that makes...
