Gaming partnership ain't something strange and much less in Pc gaming. But some may have seemed a little scuffle between GeForce and Radeon fans with Starfield, as Bethesda announced a partnership with AMD.
Basically Bethesda and AMD announced a partnership where we will be seeing Starfield being curated with graphics performance performance with both Ryzen CPUs and Radeon GPUs.
While it doesn’t mean the game will not be playable on Intel CPUs and GeForce GPUs, Bethesda is officially including FSR 2 image-upscaling technology on PC.
It is OBVIOUS to say that gamers can install other upscaling solutions on their own.
Additionally, the Xbox Series X version of Starfield will also feature the upscaling from Radeon, taking advantage that the GPU build-it in the Xbox console is a customized RDNA 2 setup.
I fail to see why this is a big issue for some gamers and is silly getting pissed off with something you can solve in the Graphics options and use whenever upscaling software you want to use (Radeon’s software can be used on GeForce GPU and vice-versa).
