I personally volunteer as staff...it means something to me that I feel like I'm valued for my work..and this platform has made me feel more valued than I ever felt at a employer that paid me.

Soo recently, I've noticed in random's when I'm gaming with females, or run across a random female, that they are being unfairly treated simply for being a female. Whether it be inappropriate comments, lewd remarks, or just general harrassment. After seeing this happen over and over again I've decided that my community and myself should stand up and do something about it. We created a role on our discord called "The Roses" For those wondering what the role "The Roses" is. its for female gamers who I play with that I find fun, interesting, and a genuine joy to be around. they can be just gamers, or content creators. but we do know this, if anyone labeled as one of The Roses feels attacked by any member, they can come to me at any time and if found guilty appropriate measures will be taken to ensure the safety of all members. each member of The Roses I've hand selected. I've either played with them a lot, or chatted a fair amount to judge their character enough to know that they earned the role And I'm thinking that. If we get enough members in The Roses ,I want to do a weekly highlight reels, weekly funny moments, weekly fails, etc dedicated to and made up of only The Roses members. Don't get me wrong, everyone who joins my community is equally valued, however I've run across it in random's many times where females I game with, or run across are getting unfairly treated just because they are a girl, or having inappropriate remarks thrown their way. This is why I've decided our community will be a safe haven for all girls, girl gamers, girl content creators, and girl community members.
