Now that Rockstar Games admitted that Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks are real, I can safely say that Blizzard probably will be doing the same as apparently footage from in-development Diablo 4 also got leaked.

Obviously we are NOT reproducing the leaked video for the purpose of avoiding DMCA from Blizzard Entertainment, but a video exists in the wild of 43 minutes from an apparent Alpha Test of Diablo 4.

The video is described to be under quality, probably as this was taken from an external streaming video play but the layout is familiar with a Diablo game all right with some battle scenes and dark dungeons.

For the looks of it, there is heavy use of watermark “PRIVATE TEST BUILD” with an ID number so, probably whoever was assigned that Alpha on Blizzard Entertainment, could just have his days counted (if this is a publicity stunt that is).

A BETA on 2023

Without mentioning the leaks, Blizzard Entertainment announced that Diablo 4 will have a Closed Endgame BETA, where participants should expect that the test focus on the endgame experience for a couple of reasons and also, test the way a lot of players enjoy Diablo games.

Players can choose Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X and PC as their platform but it was warned that players with gameplay history of Diablo II: Resurrected and Diablo III will be the focus of selection.

To be considered, you need to have “News and Special Offers from Battle.net” option enabled at the Privacy And Communication menu on your account by October 11th.
