It was at The Game Awards 2021 that Google, via an exclusive-event commercial, announced that it was bringing the capacity to play Android games via the Windows version of Google Play Games and then, the long wait.

While specifically the wait isn’t over, pretty much now the next step is to have a confirmation that we can install Google Play Games for PC as Google announced the roll out of the BETA in the United State Markets, after Google decided to stress test the BETA in some Asian markets.

Google said that it is already letting people download the launcher, but for me, it appears that I am still in a “waiting list”, so GG if you manage to download.

Initially the Google Play Games platform will have 80 Android games available to play on PC and gradually, Google will be increasing the catalog.

Finally, Google claims that it will have a feedback session with most users as this will serve as a final checkpoint before first stable release and also, the internet giant is inviting more Android game developers to join the program and have your game playable within the platform.

The required specs for Google Play For PC are 4-core CPU, 8GB of RAM, 10GB of free SSD space, Intel UHD Graphics 630 or comparable, and at least Windows 10 Build 2004 as minimum.
