More evidence builded in as Discord confirmed that their monetization program has been extended to individuals that have built a community within Discord and not being forced to be an organization itself.

“Starting today, we’re expanding the availability of Server Subscriptions, allowing creators on Discord to earn money directly within their server.”

Of course there are requirements and includes that content creator or individual needs to be at least 18 years old, account in good standing, both your email and phone number verified and finally, 2 Factor Authentication activated and validated.

With this, Discord said that you can have a single cost subscription or had a multi tier subscription with Discord only gaining a 10% of cost, you get the 90% and get a first cash out after reaching the $100 threshold and subsequent payouts will have a minimum $25 threshold.

Basically the most pro user earning formula in a long time in days that Twitch with no chill confirmed that a 50-50 earning will be enforced and no longer would offer a 70-30 deal anymore, can make some content creators happy.
