For 15 consecutive years, Gamers Outreach have been running the Gamers For Giving campaign and other initiatives as part of their goal to empower hospitalized families through gaming, where activity is easily prioritized as part of care.

Their proposals are mobile gaming stations that can be used for children that are in long term care in hospitals to have the opportunity to have a great time within the circumstances.

This year, their Gamers For Giving 2023 campaign included over 320 creators and 15 teams from across the internet, including sponsors Bisect Hosting, Ghost Lifestyle, Truman Factory, HyperX, Juvee, NZXT, Herman Miller, and Capacity Studios..

This year in particular, they held their first LAN Party since 2019 at the George Gervin GameAbove Center at Eastern Michigan University, which also supported the event besides giving the facilities.

In the end, $521,825 was raised to make video games available inside hospitals for families receiving care which is impressive in my opinion, considering that the 2022 goal itself was $1 million.
