It was a few weeks ago when Bandai Namco confirmed that it was raising the salary of direct employees in Japan (remains to see if the European North and Latin American subsidiaries apply too), and another gaming company followed the example.
Ahead of their earnings conference with investors this week, Capcom announced that employees will be given a 30% raise of salary and a new compensation formula that will be announced during the earnings reports.
Capcom also said it will continue to grow its employee performance review and training systems.
This is coming with rumors that Capcom will be posting their ninth consecutive positive fiscal year and the fifth with numbers beating records.
For the game launch this year, Capcom is developing their newest IP called Exoprimal for 2023 launch and this summer, the first big expansion of Monster Hunter Rise called Sunbreak.
