I guess that the current gen is pressing on with the challenges that the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series S/X with engines like Unreal Engine 5 has brought since 2020. Gaming studios are prepping up for what could be a busy mid life of this current gaming generation.

Last week we learned that Konami opened their first studio IN YEARS at Osaka after going silent on AAA gaming development after Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain marketing campaign ended.

Well, they got a new neighbor in the form of Capcom as Capcom announced that they opened a new Creative Studio, where its main purpose will be  a new production support facility boasting one of the largest motion capture studios in the country.

Capcom aims that the new Creative Studio is to be looked as the one of the largest Mocap (motion capture) studios in Japan with the capacity of filming up to 10 actors at once, helping developing games with "Greater efficiency in game development and they are already slated to be working to create the world’s best content.

While the company is in a great trend with recent games including Resident Evil and some originals, they haven’t announced any specific for what next for them and what will eb the Creative Studio’s first tasks.
