We know that the pandemic topic is already annoying, tiresome and not a happy thing to cover about. But unfortunately this is not over and while most parts of the world were having a good season with ups and down on infractions metrics, unfortunately some others are still struggling.

With that in mind and practically preventing any difficult situation Bethesda and id Software confirmed that QuakeCon will go fully digital for the third time since pandemic started in our side of the world by spring 2020.

The obvious star of this year particularly is Starfield which as of the writing of this, is scheduled to launch for PC and Xbox Series X by November 2022 and day one offering to Game Pass subscribers.

Rumors said that a Quake 4 remaster/remake and probably a new Quake game might be also presented this year, but like always, prepared to be not surprised if this doesn't happen.

Bethesda did say that they will be making a big effort to finally have a physical QuakeCon, but unfortunately they can control what they can control, nothing else.
