It is true that I have been vocal against nostalgia and the lack of creativity from both movies and the gaming industry. But there are exceptions here and there and honestly I can say as a 90’s kid, that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles holds a special place in my heart.

With this, it is general knowledge that Konami have been a great gaming company in the 80’s and the 90’s, particularly with great IP and great licenses on non-IP and one of them are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

While Konami IS NO LONGER not even ¼ of his former self, the japanese company knows that nostalgia sells and announced the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection which includes classic games for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch.

What is brand new this week is that Konami confirmed the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection Limited Edition and for $150 will include (besides the game collection):

  • Physical copy of the game with original box design by Kevin Eastman
