Call Of Duty fans were awaiting news from Activision regarding what’s next for Call Of Duty Vanguard and Call Of Duty Warzone Pacific and finally the Roadmap has been unveiled with more nostalgia.
Starting with Call Of Duty Vanguard, there will be a new ranked system with the addition of 20 additional challenges and two new maps named Mayhem (placed in a 1950 movie filming set and aims to be a fast-paced arena) and Sphere (small-sized map features dual layers that use plenty of interior space to facilitate fast-paced close-quarter-combat opportunities, inside of a secret lab within a coal mine).
Mayhem will be at the start of Season 3 available while Sphere is expected to launch within the season.
For Call Of Duty Warzone Pacific, the next thing for the lore of Caldera will be Operation Monarch and have a follow-up when Captain Butcher calls upon three more Operators — S.O.T.F. 008 — to investigate the true impact of previous enemy attacks. After reclaiming the island through tactical, yet somewhat flashy force, these elite Allied soldiers are rewarded with treasure troves of secret prototype weapons.
The nature of this weapon were shown on the previous trailer which brings a new crossover with the Godzilla VS Kong movie and reminds me about last year’ s 80’ s movie with Die Hard’s Nakatomi Plaza being added on Verdansk and John McClane and John Rambo added as operatives.
This new season of content will be available for players to download starting on April 26 at 12 p.m. ET for Vanguard, and on April 27 at 12 p.m. PT for Warzone with Gozilla VS Kong will go live on Warzone on May 11.
