In more gaming corporate news, it seems that Epic Games is not done buying companies and after their notorious purchase Harmonix (Rockband, Guitar Hero), Mediatonic (Fall Guys) and Psyonix (Rocket League), they are having a brand new studio joining their umbrella of game studios. 

Epic Games announced that it has acquired Aquiris, known for the Horizon Chase series, Looney Tunes World of Mayhem and Wonderbox, to have a physical presence in South America, specifically in Brazil and with this the founding of Epic Games Brasil.

The main purpose of Epic Games Brasil will be to complement the main team of developers behind Fornite as well, continuing supporting Horizon Chase 2 and Wonderbox.

Aquiris Game Studio was founded in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 2007 and already employs 200 people.
