Less than 24 hours after it was confirmed that Will Arnet will play as the voice of Marcus Kane, aka Sweet Tooth, the question remained if he would be physically playing the serial killer for the Twisted Metal television series.

Now it was confirmed that Sweet Tooth will be played by a big individual and it is none other than wrestling legend Samoa Joe (will be officially credited as his real name, Joe Seanoa).

For the Twisted Metal TV Series, Sweet Tooth is described as a lover of chaos, this majestic rage-filled killer dons an ever-smiling clown mask and uses “Lost Vegas” as his own personal kill-ground, all while he drives his infamous doomsday ice cream truck.

A few months ago, Playstation Productions confirmed that the series based on Twisted Metal, will go as content for Peacock with its first season with 30 minutes each episode.

It will feature a character based on John Doe from Twisted Metal Black played by Anthony Mackie and the premise is that the series will be a comedy-action series, seemingly developing the universe we've known since 1995.

In this series, John Doe is a milk delivery boy who loses his memory and in search of refuge accepts the task of taking a package to a wild land full of murderers called "Lost Vegas", in particular a guy in a clown mask in an ice cream truck (Sweet Tooth).

The show will also feature Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Haden Church, and Neve Campbell with Beatriz acting as Doe's happy-trigger ally.
