Once again we got an APK Insight from 9to5Google with the recent release of the Android client of Stadia on Version 4.18 that brings three changes, two of them being a completely new thing for now.
First of, seems that Google is working on the social aspect of the Stadia Android client with the following reference under the "Explore" section:
/chrome.cloudcast.proto.api.portalfe.datakeys.v1.CloudcastPortalFeService/SetEmojiReaction
Explore.reactionsAckUsers
hasExploreActivityReactionsReference
While it is under "Explore" so users can react to content there, obviously, there is no doubt that this will serve as backbone for using emoji on the built-in messenger of Stadia.
Second thing is an already known detail that Google has been working on and it seems we are bound to hear its official release anytime soon as it is the 1440p resolution built-in support for Smartphones with 2K screens.
enable1440pBandwidthPreference
It appears that this will go on the "Experiments" section, rather than a direct setting option just in case Google either miscalculated data consumption or needs more opportunities for tweaks.
Finally and the other new thing added is that Stadia will be letting users use capacities like the Dualshock 3's SixAxis functionality that enable you to control for example, a projectile only using the movement of the control order rather than its keypads or buttons.
Enable motion controls (supported gamepad layouts only)
Obviously, will depend on the game's support hence, the direct development from studios to add the support within the game's code.
