Yes, I admit that I made the mistake to calling out Capcom for making a remake of Dragon’s Dogma or implying that DD2 was actually a remake while I was in reality confusing Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen as a “2” while it was really an standalone expansion of Dragon’s Dogma original story.

My apologies for that.

But nevertheless, this is what Capcom wanted to tell us and while WE ARE IN A DISTANCE for a release date, we got confirmation that the game is using RE Engine (Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, Village, RE 2 Remake, RE 3 Remake, Devil May Cry 5 and Street Fighter 6), their in-house graphic platform for the development of the game.

Be assured that we will be hearing more soon from Capcom and that gives us something to look forward to in the E3 2023 season.
