Despite having dropped Anthem 2.0 to focus on new projects including Dragon Age 4, the truth is that BioWare confirmed that they are almost halfway through the development of the game, so we should not expect news this year.

The announcement is apparently due to the remarkable silence for 4 years when the development was confirmed.

Electronic Arts will disconnect the server for many classic games
I was remembering that I mentioned that I tested for fun, Playstation 3 era of the Medal Of Honor games and to my surprise, their multiplayer are still active (via sharing the assigned to the Battlefield series that is).
