On the other hand, I will try to stream more often in the upcoming month. Since January is more relaxed time for me. Of course I will stream more Modded Minecraft alongside with a new game, Smash Ultimate. This means that a stream schedule may come soon. Alongside with that, I also will stream on a new platform called Theta.tv. Although I will still use Twitch and simulcast. This platform is where you can earn crypto called TFUEL and withdraw it for streaming. You can also earn it by watching other streams but the viewers cannot use it towards coin withdrawals, only for the Theta marketplace and stream donations. I am using this to draw in more viewers, especially from the cryptocurrency and NFT community.

While I agree that you should include a subgoal or other financial goal on your streams, I also think you shouldn't put pressure on your audience to achieve these goals. I think your primary focus should be on content improvement; if viewers want to contribute or subscribe, they will. Even while you gain more as you grow more popular, you don't get there by constantly making your audience feel guilty. It's their income at the end of the day. In addition to donations and subscriptions, there are numerous other ways for streamers to make money that are not only FREE, but doesn't guilt trip your audience.

What to look for when determining whether a group is a support for support (S4S) group

The most vulnerable individuals are those who are small streamers or content makers and are not aware of the warning indicators of an S4S organization. These creators are easy targets for the S4S communities, who prey on them.

You will receive fraudulent promises of bits, subscribers, followers, views, and everything in between from these kinds of groups and communities. These organizations are actually elaborate pyramid systems designed to increase the prominence of individuals at the top while the smaller streamers compete for the attention of their "Leaders."

I get the appeal of stream teams. In light of that, the following is a list of things to watch out for in any community or group you're considering joining. Please feel free to comment below with any other signs they may have.

    1. You are required to "Tab up" your team mates whenever you can to "offer support" after they guarantee you viewership statistics.

First off, nobody can promise you views; the only ways to increase your viewership are through hard effort or deceptive methods like "tabbing up" or viewbotting. If your community isn't conversing and participating with you, having a huge audience is nothing, and any new potential viewers will realize how dead your chat is and leave.

    2. They post videos with the subject lines like "Drop your Twitch names below as we are seeking for individuals to raid."

Any streamer who is worth their salt understands that you only raid individuals you know and have already seen and appreciated. These streamers are aware that if you make statements like this, you will inflate their numbers needlessly, causing them to increase in number while walking all over you to get there. Don't be fooled by this.

    3. They promise you donations, bits, hype trains, and subs.

They don't intend to provide these things to you, and even if they do, it will only be a small portion of the money they have made through mistreating you and your friends. They will always repeat the phrase "Give Back" because they are aware of their obligation to do so. "I like to give back to my community". They don't donate much of the riches they received from everyone else, and they refer to their community as "their" community rather than "our" community. To put it another way, they use your money to look for streamers who are more susceptible to being taken advantage of.

    4. Every time the leader or those at the top of the team streams, they push it harder than anything else.

Ironically, they will sit there and claim that they are there to help everyone, but if they don't get their way, they will try to guilt-trip their community into doing what they want. This falls especially true on "Partner Pushes". They will want all hands on deck so that way they get "Partner".
The amusing thing is that once they reach partner, they either leave the team completely and cut relations with everyone, claiming they are taking a "different path," or they form an official "team" on Twitch to recruit other at risk streamers.

These are only a few of the many warning signs. have any more? Please leave your comments below, and feel free to share this with anybody you like—I don't even want credit for it. I simply want to save as many people as I can from being taken advantage of by this evil ploy.

  • ATTENTION STREAMERS!

Here are some stats that you should be aware of..

-The top 1% of Twitch have an average concurrent viewership of roughly 20 viewers
-Twitch’s top 5,000 streamers pull in 74% of all watch time
-Let's say you get 747 subs.. After Amazon takes its 50% cut from all of streamer’s 747 subs, they get $2,190. Multiply that over the course of a year, and this streamer makes an average of $26,280
---> this isn't even half of what it takes to live on now a days.<---

Making a living on Twitch alone is one of the hardest things to do. So then what? Give up?

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    DIVERSIFY YOUR PORTFOLIO!!!!

    YOUTUBE:
-The average YouTube channel can expect to make about $18 per 1,000 ad views. That translates to $3 to $5 per 1,000 video views when you factor in the rate of ads actually viewed.
-With 1,000 subs expect to earn anywhere between $20 and $100 a month, but this varies a lot. Some YouTubers with 1,000 subscribers can make $200 a month, some only $10.

    Affiliate Marketing:
-Use your brand to push other brands onto your audience. Most affiliate programs award a % to the affiliate on each purchase. Take Gfuel: 10% commission for every successful sale.

    Sponsored Videos:
-After building your presence on Youtube and other social medias, you will start to attract attention from companies. They will reach out to you via email or DM and ask to have their product advertised on your video. Most companies pay $500+ for these videos.

    Subscription services:
-OnlyFans isn't the only content creator subscription model... there is Ourchat, Fanhouse, even Patreon. Your audience can support you monthly without Twitch taking half of the cut!

    Donations:
-Ask for donations on stream! Have rewards for them to entice them to donate and avoid Twitch taking money!

Being a Twitch streamer is rough. They don't really help with discovery like we do and they take half of your income! Be sure to not limit yourself!

  • I am very proud to announce my 1st direct collaboration with EMGG, as they will be participating in Gamers Outreach's Gamers for Giving 2022, where content creators give their grain of sand for philanthropic activities.

Gamers Outreach is a charity that empowers hospitalized families through gaming. Their goal is to build a world where activity is easily prioritized as part of care.

Gamers For Giving is one of the main activities where groups of content creators, eSport teams and individuals who donate their time as directors meet exclusively to help raise funds and this is its 14th edition.

This year, the purpose of GFG will be to raise $1 million to enable resources so that children who are hospitalized long-term can at least have a good time by having video game systems provided hospitals

On this occasion a marathon will be running from 11AM on Thursday March 24th until 12AM on Monday March 28th with members/directors of #EMGG running 2-hour shifts and donations will be accepted at all times and in exchange, a certain activity will be done. as a thank you.

I'll be taking the shift from 6AM to 9AM on Saturday the 25th, playing Tekken 7 on the EasternMediaGG Twitch channel.

My proposal for donations are the following:
-$1 I will translate something in Spanish or if I am asked for something random (SFW AND NOT offensive)
    -$5 Donor choose my fighter
-$10 Next fight will be a 2 of 3 with donor in private lobby (I will play on PS4).

    Goals:
-First $25 during my shift, I'll have a shot of hot sauce.
-First the $50, I'll put hot sauce in my coffee
-First $100, the donor who has made the final sum, will have a private lobby and in a 2 of 3 I will let him win while I drink coffee with spicy sauce.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND PLEASE COOPERATE NOT ONLY WITH ME, BUT WITH EASTERNMEDIAGG AND GAMERS OUTREACH IN GENERAL, LET'S SHOW THAT VIDEO GAMES CAN BE A GREAT THERAPY AND AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT!
