Another successful campaign for Gamers For Giving 2022, a fundraising event organized by Gamers Outreach with the goal of making children at hospitals or in long-term care to have video games as part of their therapy.

In this 14th edition, Gamers Outreach confirmed that the campaign successfully reached and broke the original $1 million mark, having closed the past weekend with $1,014,030.

As per Gamers Outreach, automatically becomes the top of the Top 5 editions with 2021 ($996,700.37), 2018 ($772,598.59), 2020 ($675,425) and 2019 ($637,311).

Congratulations to EVERYBODY AT GAMERS OUTREACH and streamers, org and entities that give donations and/or their times for this cause and this is FOR THE KIDS!

Xbox X Gamers Outreach

Besides the successful Gamers For Giving 2022 campaign, in a partnership with Microsoft, Gamers Outreach announced that they will be working together to jumpstart the program Beyond Xbox: Therapeutic Play.

Therapeutic Play practically is an extension and a boost of what Gamers Outreach is already doing with the hand of the Xbox branding.

Microsoft have been working on not only the Xbox brand but the Surface brand to be more accessible to everyone, specially people with physical needs or long-term care.
