Today's message came to me by way of today's tea from my Tea Advent calendar. We’re often so focused on showing appreciation for others but seldom appreciate ourselves. Even when we feel down, unwanted, unloved, unwelcomed, the thing we overlook the most is the appreciation we have for ourselves. Yes other people have gone through similar situations to what we're facing, however none of them live your story. Whether you're in a low point or high point, take a moment today and appreciate yourself for the courageous moments where you pushed through those feelings of fear to get where you are now.
