Two weeks after Google confirming the wind down and closure of Stadia, brought some questions, most of the answers were already all right. But there are a few that unfortunately we now know the answer to and the future of Outcasters is practically set and will be done in January.

With this, Outcasters practically becomes the first true collateral on Google giving up on Stadia and before you ask “why? ”...

The very same state of Stadia with gaming developers community was a hard one from day 1 because of Google (rightly so IMO) decision to have SDKs of Stadia based on Linux and not on Windows based as the industry is “used too” and added to the fact that maybe the agreement forced the studio to have the game a BIG dependant of the Stdia Cloud Gaming platform in general.

Splash Damage was the first gaming developers to be on board of Stadia Games & Entertainment serving as a publisher and yes, maybe SD didn’t visualize a close of Stadia happening so soon and like 100% of publishers and dev that have developed games for Stadia, were caught by surprise.
