As expected, Crystal Dynamics went as scheduled to deploy Update 2.7 that will go live on November 29th and will be the entrance of a new character, the antihero Bucky Barnes or best known as The Winter Soldier.

The Winter Soldier will be voiced by Scott Porter, who is NOT a stranger in MArvel voice, already voicing Bucky in Lego Marvel’s Avengers, and also Friday Night Lights, Hart of Dixie, Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Assemble.

Winter Soldier will also launch with his own heroic mission chain that sees the Avengers help him regain his confidence in his capacity for good and deal with the trauma inflicted on him by his captors. Players that complete the mission chain will be rewarded with Bucky’s iconic outfit. 

Update 2.7 will also bring the Cloning Lab Omega-Level Threat, which is the continuation of No “Rest for the Wicked warzone” where Monica revived MODOK and he did not waste time to take over the Clone Aid Laboratory.

With this MODOK intends to take back up his crusade against powered individuals and you must stop him once and for all before he can put his plans into action.

Crystal Dynamics will be re-tuning characters and balancing the game as they were doing since Update 2.6 so be sure to be on alert by the week of November 29th which hopefully, the studio will release the complete changelog and more details on The Winter Soldier's mechanics.
