Acknowledging that it won’t be an easy process, Playstation Studios’s Polyphony Digital chief and team leader of Gran Turismo responded with “yes” when asked if Gran Turismo 7 could be making its way on PC someday.

The question was answered via an interview with the sim racing community and Gran Turismo centric blog/forum CTPlanet by Kazunori Yamauchi.

“Gran Turismo is a very finely tuned title.

there are not many platforms which could run the game in 4K/60p natively, so one way we make that possible is to narrow down the platform. It’s not a very easy subject, but of course, we are looking into it and considering it.”

This development is in line with Sony on-going plans on bringing the best Playstation games to PC, being Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales the latest game, ever since Sony acquired the company Nixxes Software, a software development veteran at porting console games to PC.

While there was no exact release date, Naughty Dog confirmed that the remake of The Last Of Us Part 1 PC port is currently in development.
