  • Unless Nvidia is doing a BIG patch up on the Firmware of Lovelace, ESPECIALLY GeForce 4070, pretty much you are safe going RTX 30 Ti series or consider the Radeon 6X50XT.

Yes, I have been repetitive on this because I will be in the marked to build a PC with future-proof mindset.

  • This is sweet for BRAND NEW BUILDS, but anyone wanting to upgrade pre 1000 tru 2000, you are better off with the 3070 or Ti as starter, while in the specific case of OG 3070, you can overkill 1080p screen just fine in 2023.

Game development distorted the "overkill" definition.

If you are considering Radeon, go safe with 6X50XT family.

Nvidia announced the RTX GeForce 4070 and there will be a Founder Edition
The Lovelace architecture family of Nvidia GPU had a very strange jumpstart because evidently, Nvidia is not only thinking of gamers and pretty much explained the 2 tier GeForce 4080 and later turned to a 4070 Ti fiasco. Now in April 2022 and more than half a year after the announcement of the Lovelace architecture family Nvidia made a stop on rumors and leaks officially announcing the RTX...

  • After reading the leaked specs of Nvidia RTX GeForce 4070... AND ONCE AGAIN I SAY that even for future-proof, most are still fine going for RTX GeForce 30X0 Ti or Radeon 6X50XT as minimun for building a PC this year and forgetting on PC building for the next 10 years.

  • Since holidays spending plans got ruined thanks to real (cruel) life, I'm convinced on buying Workstation's components 1 by 1 BUT going out DDR5, meaning Ryzen 7 Zen 4, 32GB DDR5 RAM & to EASE the money load, a cheap Radeon 6750XT.

Diff with proposed DDR 4 system is $60 so far.

Will Arc succeed as a real alternative to GeForce and Radeon duopoly on GPUs?
Intel announced the price & availability of Intel Arc A770
While Nvidia already confirmed what was really coming on what’s left of 2022 about GPU offering for PC gamers and graphic artist enthusiasts, Intel has been preparing for their more serious dive in GPU in modern computing with its Arc brand. Specifically the Intel Arc A770, which is being sold as a big alternative for the full HD 1080p realm or budget 1440p realm has finally a release...

  • The AMD forecast that GPUs on 2025 might require 700W, tells me the future is going to be energy costly....

And for this rumored new generation that kickoff anytime soon...If you don't want to sacrifice your electrical bill in next-gen Radeon (GeForce will not be power efficient this gen too ) for just a mere 10% to 12% improvement (1 to 2 frames per 10), just wait this year's launch to have current gen drop prices.

  • Is official.... Hopefully in summer will be assembly my PC Gaming to a complete ATX system with Ryzen 9 Zen 3, 32GB RAM and possibly Radeon 6700 XT as I gave a year and a half of Nvidia to step up (still preferring GeForce, but cannot be a slave of "looking the perfect time").

And I shall CALL IT.... GeeZus Dome R9.

OBVIOUSLY all can change if I manage to land any of the giveaways that I had been participating as like my life depended on it. LOL!

And if you think that my setup is future-proof, correct, I am aiming not to worry about replacing my PC in worst scenario at 7 years, optimal scenario 10 years AND EXCELLENT scenario 12 -14 years.

Tip: probably gonna make it if gaming industry FINALLY accepts that graphically speaking, we are already on peak or at least reaching a peak.
