Once again, CD Projekt Red shared some good news regarding its workplace and what has been happening to the tech and gaming world after the pandemic saga that we are in the last few years, it resonated once again.

While not earning reports, but another investor update or organization update, CD Projekt Red acknowledging that it will run one more round of layoff after reaching to the conclusion that it is currently overstaffed.

Basically the new round will not be in short-term, but rather warning the workforce that the company will be letting go 100 people or between 9% to 10% of the current workforce as it will run in phases during the rest of the year or put simply, the cut will not run immediately and in a mass.

CD Projekt CEO Adam Kiciński justified the move as the company wants to have “teams that are more agile and more effective” and this is not compatible with a company that did not measure correctly how many people employed during the past few years.
