Fans of the Bayonetta franchise finally will have a third entry in the surprisingly popular franchise from Devil May Cry's original director and once a Sega published game this very October for the Nintendo Switch.
That was the latest trailer which confirms the Bayonetta 3's October 28, 2022 release date.
In Bayonetta 3, Bayonetta is confronted by a mysterious new threat involving the emergence and invasion of life-forms that appear to be neither angelic, nor demonic in origin. Determined to discover the severity of their plans, she faces off against these creatures in various locales around the world, including Tokyo.
It is expected the game maintains the same hack-n-slash mechanics that inherit when Devil May Cry's Director, Hideki Kamiya, decided to direct a game that was originally commissioned by Sega and later moved with Nintendo after Bayonetta 2 was canceled originally by Sega but revived thanks to an direct investment from Nintendo.
