While he is not the creator of Tekken, Mr. Katsuhiro Harada has been serving as the face of all public relations of Bandai Namco’s first fighting franchise in more than a decade and has been behind most of Tekken’s iconic moments.

Including the crossover of Street Fighter X Tekken that landed on PS3 and the vice-versa Tekken X Street Fighters which unfortunately haven’t seen the day of light at 30% of development while “officially” development is on indefinite hiatus.

Nevertheless, two weeks ago (I don't know HOW this went off mine and many others's radar) on his podcast along with Virtua Fighter Producer Seiji Aoki and Street Fighter V Pro gamer Tokido, he discussed the need of a mega crossover that could include major gaming studios that still create fighting games like Bandai Namco, Capcom, Sega, Arc System and SNK.

The vision is not limited to the Marvel Vs Capcom or Street Fighter X Tekken, but a massive All-Star type of fighting game, like a format as King Of Fighters.

Tekken 7 particularly serving as a entry point of guest including Bandai Namco’s Elza, SNK’s Geese Howard, Square Enix’s Noctis Lucis Caelum and Walking Dead’s Negan (still can't believe how did this happened lol), it really makes you NO wonder why Harada revived the hype of massive fighting games.

Let’s hope that many studios and publishing companies see this, because the future looks good!
