One of the biggest expectations of a Diablo remaster, particularly Diablo II: Resurrected, is that Blizzard Entertainment didn’t carry out the flaws that the original game presented and for some reason kept.

And finally, some bugs that were a few decades old are finally fixed, at least for the remaster that is.

As announced by Blizzard, Patch 2.4 for Diablo II: Resurrected is live and particularly, two fixes were actually bugs that plagued Diablo II historically and wasn’t attended when the marketing of the original game was at full throttle.

One of them is the notorious bug that would have completely wiped out your character’s mana — making some classes effectively defenseless and the other one that provoked dealing too much damage to fire-enchanted monsters.

Elsewhere, the patch made substantial balance changes to all of Diablo II: Resurrected’s seven classes, new Horadric Cube recipes, new Ladder-exclusive Rune Words, and wide-ranging quality of life updates.
