From December 6th to January 28th 2023, Guardians will have Rasputin in the model again as Season Of Seraph just started and this is what you can expect for this month’s event including an update lore.

“The Hive God of War moves to seize control of Rasputin’s network of weaponized satellites. In her hands, she would turn its devastating power on the Last City. To stop her, the Vanguard has authorized special covert operations armed with the Warmind’s most advanced weaponry. Agents conducting these operations are known as Seraphs.”

This time, Bray clan is trying to wake up the Warmind AI after shutting down a while ago and to do so, we need to transfer his “conscience” to an EXO and practically, Guardians will have to go “behind enemy lines” in the new Heist Battlegrounds activity.

Content and activity wise, means that Destiny 2 will have a new Exotic Mission for the first time since The Witch Queen expansion. 

The mission is called “Seraph’s Shield” and will take players into space, ala the Deep Stone Crypt raid. 

Players can return each week for the next three weeks, and will finally unlock the Revision Zero Exotic weapon on Dec. 20 and after getting the weapon, they’ll be able to find and activate multiple different Exotic Catalysts; typically, Exotics only have a single Catalyst, which usually adds a new perk.

This season also sees the return of The Dawning Christmas activity and the Moments of Triumph annual achievement hunt. 

Finally, we will also be able to purchase some Assassin’s Creed crossover armor in the shop and include Ezio inspired armor for Warlocks, Kassandra inspired armor for Hunters and Titans will and Eivor-inspired armor.
