Without a doubt, the pandemic brought eSport to another level of attention as more people spent more time at home and official online tournaments have proven to be as efficient as to be live in a venue.

Amazon is trying to get as much momentum with Prime Gaming even these days and found a new way to invest in the shooter game Spligate as their developer 1047 Games has announced Amazon Prime Gaming as sponsor of Splitgate Pro Series 2022.

As part of the sponsorship, we will see teams Luminosity, SSG, eUnited, T1, XSET and Moist Esports added to the Pro Series’ roster and will begin competing starting with the Summer Season in June 2022.

Players that are subscribed to Amazon Prime will also be seeing exclusive and rare monthly content drops for Splitgate through 2022 as part of the celebration of Prime Gaming sponsoring the Splitgate Pro Series 2022.
